MCP server
Connect your AI to Improved.
Improved’s MCP server lets an AI app look up and change your data, as you can in the app, with a token you make in Settings and can revoke at any time.
Early accessYou make the token in the app, which is in early access on Android. Ask for early access.
1Make a token
In the app, open Settings → Integrations → MCP access and make a token. It’s shown once, so copy it then. Make one for each AI app or computer, and revoke any of them there.
2Add Improved to your AI app
<token>stands for your token. This page never asks for it.Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http improved https://improved.brenocq.com/mcp \ --header "Authorization: Bearer <token>"
Claude (web and desktop)
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add a custom connector. Name it Improved, give it the address https://improved.brenocq.com/mcp, and under Request headers add Authorization with the value Bearer and your token.
On the Free plan, Claude allows one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise plans, a header set on a connector is shared by everyone who uses it, so add Improved only to your own.

Any app that connects to a remote MCP server over HTTP and can send a header: the address https://improved.brenocq.com/mcp, and the header Authorization: Bearer followed by your token.
3Ask it something
- “What did I work on this week?”
- “Plan my week around the thesis deadline”
- “Log 45 minutes of guitar yesterday at 18:30”
- “Which goals are behind this month?”
What it can do
- Look up
find,list_projects,get_status,get_plan,list_goals,get_values,summarize_time- Track
start_task,stop_tracking,log_time,log_value,log_event- Plan
create_block,update_block,delete_block,propose_changes- Change
- Create, update, move, complete, archive, reorder and delete projects, folders, tasks, goals and Home cards;
restore_deleted - Learn
- Courses, lessons and reviews (the tutor’s tools)
You stay in charge
Changes you review
A set of changes arrives as suggestions. Keep some or all, apply them, undo them.
Nothing lost
Deletes are soft and can be restored. Deleting more than one thing asks first.
Access you can take back
Tokens are shown once, stored only as hashes, and revoked in Settings.
Your computer stays yours
Improved keeps only the names of the tools your agent ran, never what went in or came out, unless you ask for more detail.
Nothing hidden
You see each step as it runs. Turn on detailed steps to see what each one did.
